Drupal Training and Consulting

TRUECMS provides training and consulting services to its clients, including:

  • Drupal and Ubercart training, including:
    • Drupal CMS overview for managerial stuff
    • Drupal CMS overview for web developers
    • Drupal CMS theming techniques, methods and standards
    • Drupal CMS installation, updates, upgrades and maintenance
    • Drupal CMS module development standards, methods and techniques
·        Training/Learning program development to suit needs of your business and individual learners
 

Technical requirements

To ensure effective training, the client must provide appropriately equipped and safe training environment.
  • Training environment: a room to safely and comfortably accommodate the required number of participants with required number of computers for every training program participant,
  • Fast internet access,
  • Whiteboard,
  • Multimedia projector,
  • Learning groups should consist between 4 and 10 people,
  • For programming or theming classes only. UNIX or Windows based server, configured and set up with Apache, MySQL 5 and PHP 5.2.6 or better installed. Apache should be configured and setup with the number of sub domains, equal or more to the number of participants. FTP server should be configured as well, supporting FTP access to every sub domain created for individual participants,
  • For programming or theming classes only. Every computer should have at least one programming software tool installed. Good example could be: Eclipse IDE, Zend for Eclipse IDE, Aptana IDE or Adobe Dreamweaver.

 

Training availability, requirements and other conditions

  • All training to be undertaken on clients territory
  • Training available during business hours or after hours
  • Learning groups should consist of 4 to 10 people
  • Individual training available (for small groups - under 4 people)
  • For technical classes only: learning groups should preferably include people with similar programming experience and skills.
